English Georgian period mahogany writing slope, early 19th c., the top with personalized contrasting inlay, "Ann Bright 1822," shield form escutcheon, opening to two ink receptacles, one retaining leather clad inkwell, pencil storage, and open cubby, worn writing surface with later pull tabs, over open storage, the left edge with removable pin, unlocking drawer to the left side, lid sits slightly raised, approx 6"h, 18"w, 9.75"d, 9lbs
