Large Southwest style ebonized writing desk, attributed to Jorge Kurczyn (Mexican, 20th c.), Hacienda Santa Klara, 20th c., rectangular top with six inset panels of embossed black leather, either side fitted with three drawers, each in a zebra hide upholstery with nail-head trim, lobed supports ending on stretcher-joined scrolled legs, underside marked Made in Mexico, approx 31.5"h, 71.5"w, 39.5"d, bottom of apron to floor (clearance): approx 25"h Provenance: Treasures from the vaults of a Dallas designer
