(lot of 4) Igor Stravinsky related items: (1) photo, c.1934, composer and conductor Igor Stravinsky (Igor Fyodorovich Stravinsky, Russian/American, 1882-1971) seated at a piano, at his left is violinist Samuel Dushkin (Polish/American, 1891-1976), sight approx. 5.75"h, 6"w, overall approx. 7"h, 8.25"w' (1) hand written letter and envelope in ink by Vera de Bosset (Bose) Stravinsky (second wife of Igor Stravinsky, Germany, Russia, United States,1888-1982), the letter addressed to Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Dushkin, the return address being the first Stravinsky home in California at 124 South Swall Drive, Beverly Hills, California and written in French about six months after Vera's marriage to Igor, mostly about family, near the end an upcoming concert in Chicago is mentioned, signed Vera Strav.
