(lot of 7) French WWI-era trench art vases, fashioned from artillery shells, including: (pair) with lilies on dotted ground, (pair) having repousse foliates above dated inscription "1914-1918," marked "Reims" and "Verdun" respectively, (1) having scalloped rim and raised stem, inscribed "Souvenir de la Grande Guerre," (1) with flared rim and raised foliates, inscribed "Verdun 1918," (1) central floral blossom on textural ground, largest: approx 14"h, 4"diam, 19.5lbs total
