Gothic Revival carved walnut hall bench, 19th c., fashioned from antique and later elements, having trefoil top rail, over paneled back with arched niches framing figural masks and foliate motifs, the arms topped by figural hybrid beasts, on vasiform supports, rectangular seat trimmed by arched paneling with urn motifs, rising on frontal oversized tapered legs encircled by palm fronds, ending on bun feet, approx 46.5"h, 60.75"w, 19.5"d, seat height: approx 22.25"h
