Rococo style bronze dore single-light table lamp, early 20th c., having vasiform body with foliate motifs, on round rocaille base, further raised on wood pedestal, accompanied by shade, observed operating, lamp: approx 28"h, 8"diam, overall with shade: approx 29"h, 14"w, 14"d, 7.75lbs Provenance: The lifetime collection of Lynn Roth Jordan (Louisiana, Texas, 1943-2021). As an active member of the Austin Antiques Club for many years, Lynn was deeply embedded in the antiques community here in Austin. Her New Orleans upbringing in a family of collectors (many of the pieces come from her mother's estate), combined with her frequent trips to England, gave her a unique understanding of provenance, quality, and historical significance.
