British Edison Bell Table Top Radio, London, c. 1924-1926, originally battery powered but now lacks batteries, the oak case with two doors at front opening to controls including tuning, reaction, aerial, earth, rheostat, phones, the case top lifts to reveal the chassis with two vacuum tubes and other parts, an internal tag states "Post Office License Required", two sides of the case with external plugs for speakers, outside battery, etc., several new wires on the chassis were likely used to provide power, for shipping approx. 8.75"h, 13"w, 11.75"d, 13.75lbs
