Large German bisque porcelain figural group, Porzellanmanufaktur Scheibe-Alsbach, early-mid 20th c., depicting the first steps of the King of Rome, after Jules Girardet (French, 1856-1938), the Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte shown seated beside the Empress Marie Louise, blue addition S mark underfoot, impressed numerals 9856 4 at back, on integral gilt-metal platform stand, restoration and loss to Napoleon's proper right hand, overall: approx 12.5"h, 19.5"w, 8.5"d, 12lbs
