(lot of 3) Mackenzie-Childs painted iron birdhouses, 21st c., each with hand-painted Courtly Check checkerboard designs and stripes, maker's plaque at back side, including: (1) "Pagoda" birdhouse, (1) having domed ceiling, (1) having pitched roof over rectangular case, largest: approx 29"h, 7"w, 7"d, 8.75lbs total Provenance: The Tarrytown, Austin, Texas estate of Janice Holliman Stanfield PLEASE NOTE: All of the cast stone and outdoor decor in this auction have inherent flaws and evidence of outdoor use.
