(lot of 3) Mackenzie-Childs painted iron birdhouses, 21st c., each with hand-painted Courtly Check checkerboard designs and stripes, maker's plaque at back side, including: (1) "Pagoda" birdhouse, (1) having domed ceiling, (1) having pitched roof over rectangular case, largest: approx 29"h, 7"w, 7"d, 8.75lbs total Provenance: The Tarrytown, Austin, Texas estate of Janice Holliman Stanfield PLEASE NOTE: All of the cast stone and outdoor decor in this auction have inherent flaws and evidence of outdoor use. Most are likely to have small chips, hairlines, fading or imperfections. Please assume that they are not in perfect condition and bid accordingly. There will be no refunds based on condition
