Italian silver cup and cover (tazza da puerpera), mark of Filippo della Miglia, first half 19th c., cast finial modeled as a goat, above chased foliate scrolls, tapering bowl with gilt-washed interior, pair of scroll handles with eagle's head terminals, on an anthemion-banded and beaded foot, Papal States 2nd title 889/ 1000 warranty mark, denting throughout, particularly at foot, loss to goat's horn, old tarnish and surface wear, approx 7.75"h, 8.5"w, 4.75"d, 10.96ozt
