Italian carved and painted wood sculpture of a barn owl, Gunther Granget (German, 1932-2010) for ANRI, now mounted as a single-light table lamp, the bird perched on a naturalistic branch, round base further rising on plinth, accompanied by burlap-lined shade, retaining maker label, observed operating, sculpture: approx 20"h, 9.5"diam, overall with shade: approx 33"h, 19.5"diam, 10.25lbs Provenance: the Horseshoe Bay estate of Dr. John J.
