(lot of 7) French WWI-era trench art vases, fashioned from artillery shells, including: (pair) having incised rooster inscribed "Paix," standing atop pedestal in dotted surround, reverse inscribed "Souvenir de Gouzeaucourt," (pair) with repousse foliate branches, (pair) depicting grotesques flanking monogrammed shield, inscribed "D" and "C" respectively, (1) with incised portrait profile and foliate motifs, inscribed "Verdun 1916," largest: approx 13.75"h, 3"diam, 17lbs total
