French Louis XVI style mahogany commode a l'Anglaise/ buffet desserte, Maison Krieger, Paris, late 19th/ early 20th c., breakfront marble top, above the conforming case with four frieze drawers, one drawer interior divided for flatware, centered pair of cabinet doors enclosing an adjustable-height shelf, flanked by mirror-backed and marble-inset shelves at either side, on tapering fluted legs, back of case blindstamped twice Krieger, two marble shelves intact with restoration, approx 39"h, 72.25"w, 23.75"d
