Southwest Spanish Colonial style pine console table/ writing desk, attributed to Maximo "Max" Luna (1896-1964) for the Harwood Foundation in Taos, New Mexico, c.1930s, having rectangular top, above single drawer, with mortise and tenon and pegged joinery, chip-carved geometric motifs, rising on squared and stretcher-joined supports, approx 30"h, 36"w, 20"d Provenance: Commissioned in the 1930s to furnish Datcha Ranch in Kerrville, Texas.
