Southwest Spanish Colonial style pine dining table, attributed to Maximo "Max" Luna (1896-1964) for the Harwood Foundation in Taos, New Mexico, c.1930s, having rectangular plank top comprised of two boards, with mortise and tenon and pegged joinery, rising on spiral-twisted supports, joined by H stretcher, ending on bun feet, approx 29.5"h, 48"l, 29.25"w, floor to bottom of apron (clearance): approx 28"h Note: similar table of slightly varied size offered in this auction Provenance: Commissioned in the 1930s to furnish Datcha Ranch in Kerrville, Texas.
