Ammunition: Approx. 1500 S&W .40 caliber flat nose cartridges, headstamps of some cartridges include Win, USA, Tulmmo, R&P, all housed unboxed in U.S. Army steel ammo box approx. 7.25" x 11.25" x 6", total of all 60.15lbs Note" Math, approximate:: box with ammo is 60.15lbs, box alone is 5.35lbs, thus ammo is 54.80lbs or 876.80 ounces. 28 random cartridges weigh 16.34 ounces. 876.80oz divided by 16.34 = 53.66 ounces x 28 rounds = 1502.48 rounds.
