Exceptional Porter "Baroque" disc music box, late 20th c., having matched veneer bombe case with inlaid musical instruments, flowers, and sheet music motifs, scrolling foliate trim, hinged top revealing burlwood lid interior inscribed "Porter," two combs with seventy-six teeth in each comb, removable manual winding crank lever, accompanied by (six) 15.5" discs, including "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies," "The Music Box Dancer," "Don't Cry for Me Argentina," "The Entertainer," "The Sound of Music," and "Lara's Theme," rising on squared feet, observed operating, on and off switch possibly in need of adjustment, overall: approx 11.5"h, 24"w, 21.75"d
