English camphor travel desk/ writing slope, early 19th c., brass-banded exterior with central vacant cartouche, campaign style handles at sides, revealing purple velvet lined surface, ink and writing instrument receptacles, lifting to open storage with worn indiscernible calligraphic signatures, one side revealing three hidden drawers approx 8.5"h, 20.5"w, 12.25"d, 24.25lbs
