English Delft tin-glazed earthenware charger/ dish, London, possibly Lambeth High Street, late 18th c., painted in blue with a Chinese-style landscape, depicting a butterfly among bamboo, peony and chrysanthemum flowers, within a bianco-sopra-bianco scroll border, retaining typed label Mobbs Collection - 127, typical small chips, glaze losses and professional fills to rim, approx 13.75"diam, 2.5lbs Provenance: from the collection of an English gentleman
