(lot of 4) Polychrome tin-glazed earthenware tableware, Portugal, 20th c., after eighteenth-century designs, with various painted floral and foliate motifs, each initialed illegibly and signed Made in Portugal, Authorized Copy, Sec. XVIII underfoot, including: (2) reticulated baskets, with dual floral handles, rising on four feet, approx 3.25"h, 9.75"w, 8"d; (2) bulbous vases, decorated with figures and birds in garden landscapes, largest: approx 6"h, 6.75"diam; 6.25lbs total Provenance: The estate and interior design collection of Gay Ratliff (Martha Gay Kokernot Ratliff, Austin, Texas, 1942-2023) PLEASE NOTE: Earthenware pottery pieces are inherently fragile.
