Framed oil on canvas painting, "New Neighbors," signed lower left Wayne Baize (Texas, b.1943), dated 1991, retaining title plaque, sight: approx 19.75"h, 15 5/8"w, overall: approx 29.75"h, 25.75"w, 8.5lbs Note: Mr. Baize has proudly served as a member of the Cowboy Artists of America association for 30 years, crediting his years of trips to Texas Davies Mountains and raising long tenure of raising Hereford cattle as his inspiration for Western painting
