Italian porcelain carousel music box and cigarette dispenser, Simo, Florence, 20th c., with Swiss Reuge musical movement playing selection from "Tales From the Vienna Woods" by Johann Strauss II, onion-domed top surmounted by seated cherub finial, over six rotating panels opening to reveal slotted cigarette storage, with various instrument motifs, rising on circular platform and grotesque mask feet, maker's mark underfoot, observed operating, approx 13"h, 7"diam, 4.25lbs
