(lot of 2) French Louis XV style polychrome painted cartel clock on bracket, 19th c., each with gilt metal mounts, figural Chinoiserie motifs on red ground, including: (1) clock, having pierced figural crest over shaped case, centering white dial with Arabic hour markers, dial marked Dutertre a Paris, time-and-strike movement marked Vincenti et Cie, raised on flared feet, back access door lacking upper hinge, movement lacking pendulum, not currently operational, approx 23.5"h, 12"w, 6.5"d; (1) conforming bracket, approx 11.5"h, 13"w, 8"d; 27.5lbs total
