Chinese SKS Type 56 Carbine, mfg. c. 1964, Semi-", 7.62 x 39mm caliber, 20.5" barrel, hooded front sight, cleaning rod at barrel underside, adjustable rear sight to 1000 meters, 10 round magazine, markings at left receiver wall are "26 in triangle for Jianshe Machine Tool Factory", "Chinese characters and the serial number (matched at five places), the right receiver with added import markings "SKS 7.62 x 39MM, Made China, FY Norinco" and importer "B. West, Tuc. Az", a fiberglass stock, with wood upper hand guard, known as the "Jungle Stock" as supplied to the NVA in Vietnam, two sling swivels, steel butt plate with port retaining cleaning equipment, comes with17 stripper clips, stock has some finish loss, metal with some light scratches overall is very good, action is good, bore is bright with good rifling, SN 9033113 *REQUIRES FFL TRANSFER*
