Italian Art Nouveau (Stile Liberty) carved walnut hall tree, in the manner of Ernesto Basile (Italian, 1857-1932), early 20th c., having pierced whiplash crest centering figural mask, over paneled curvilinear frame with floral motif carvings, issuing four gilt metal hooks, above umbrella rack with removable metal drip pan, ending on frontal scroll feet, approx 103"h, 60"w, 8"d Note: matching hall bench, valance and lot of three hall chairs offered in this auction
