French Empire style mahogany jardinieres/ planters, now converted into consoles, in the manner of Francois-Honore-Georges Jacob-Desmalter (French, 1770-1841), 19th c., having demilune verde marble tops, over apron mounted with swags spaced by torches and wreaths, fine gilt metal caryatid central standard modeled as a maiden clutching drapery, additional columnar supports, terminating on platform base, further rising on front paw feet, approx 41.5"h, 21.75"w, 13.75"d NOTE: Description revised 03.27.25 to reflect that these are of a gilt metal, the metal is NOT believed to be bronze
