Large French giltwood mirror, late 19th/ early 20th c., the composite crest modeled as fruit-bearing banana frond crest, over arched frame with faux bamboo molding, encasing flat mirror plate, approx 79"h, 46.5"w, 96lbs Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
