(lot of 2) Black Forest carved walnut hunting trophies, late 19th/ early 20th c., a near pair, each depicting an Alpine chamois and gamebird in high relief, among oak leaves and tree branches, on shaped plaque, approx 28"h, 17.75"w, 11lbs total Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship
