Colt Model 1878 Shotgun, mfg. 1882, 12 gauge, side by side 32" Belgium made Damascus barrels, bead front sight, receiver marked at both sides "Colt's PT. FA. Mfg. Co,", exposed hammers, double triggers, straight plain walnut stock, steel buttplate with horizontal lines, wood with light scratching and darker toward buttplate, metal with some dark spots, action is good, ejector operates correctly, barrel lever is loose, bores appear very bright and smooth, serial number matched at forearm, watertable, barrel underside and trigger guard tang, SN 12310 Antique
