English Regency brass-bound mahogany writing slope/ campaign desk, early 19th c., rectangular case with dual recessed side handles, one side fitted with a drawer, hinged lid with central cartouche marked W. Bellell (1821), opening to pen and ink receptacles, and inset writing surface, opening to interior storage, interior of one panel with handwritten date in ink, "31 March, 1835," approx 6.25"h, 18"w, 10"d, 14.5lbs
