(lot of 47) French library shelf books, various literature and religious subjects, all with gilt-embossed leather binding, many with marbelized cover and raised spine bands, many in macrominiature format, including: (7) "Paroissien Romain," all with gilt page ends, in varied brown leather bindings, (8) "Chronique de la Regence et du Regne de Louis XV ou Journal de Barbier (Chronicle of the Regency and Reign of Louis XV or Barbier's Journal)," volumes I-VIII, published by Georges Charpentier, 1857-1858, (7) published by Nelson, Paris, 1933-1936, various authors, all with blue leather binding, largest: approx 7.25"h, 5"w, 1.25"d, 33lbs total *PLEASE NOTE: All of the antique library shelf books in this auction are inherently fragile.
