Lewis, Publishers, Limited, Leigh-on-Sea, 1967, limited edition of 600 copies, signed by Dawson on first page, (1) exhibition catalog, "A Tribute to Sir Francis Chichester: Sea Paintings by Montague Dawson R.S.M.A., F.R.S.A.," Frost and Reed Gallery, London, signed by Dawson on title page, (1) proof copy exhibition catalog in sheets, with handwritten annotations; largest: approx 11.25"h, 9"w, 4lbs total (for shipping purposes only) Provenance: the collection of a psychiatrist who taught at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas in the 1960s and went on to become a founding faculty member of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he taught thousands of doctors over a career into the 2000s. The doctor amassed his collection over several years with dedication, care, a critical eye for detail, and cultural appreciation. He wore most of the pieces once or twice during a lecture, exam or office hours and then stored them for his collection
