English Victorian carved oak tilt-top pedestal table, carved by Elma Stuart (English, circa 1837-1903), late 19th c., having circular top depicting dragon holding heraldic shield, with triple monogram, possibly AKM, stamped mark "Elma Stuart Fecit," rising on spiral twist standard, scrolled tripod base with dragon masks, ending on castors, open: approx 29"h, 22.5"diam
