Marlin Model 39A Rifle, mfg. 1955, Lever Action, .22S,L,LR caliber, 24" barrel, tubular magazine, front and rear sights removed, mounted scope is likely Weaver 4X, walnut stock, "JM" stamped at right barrel side, takedown screw at right receiver, two sling swivels, military style leather sling, Marlin butt plate with loss at lower end, wood with light scratches, scratches on metal, optics appear good, bore is bright with strong rifling, overall condition is good for age of rifle, SN M2806 *REQUIRES FFL TRANSFER*
