French Louis XV style bureau plat/ writing desk, ormolu signed F. Linke (Francois Linke, French, 1855-1946), late 19th/ early 20th c., having matched veneer mahogany case with banded parquetry trim, scrolled foliate bronze dore mounts, inset gilt embossed leather writing surface, finished on all sides, front fitted with central faux drawer front, flanked on both sides by two drawers, back with five faux drawers, rising on cabriole legs, ending on sabots, approx 31.75"h, 67"w, 35.5"d Provenance: the contents of the prominent San Antonio Holt Family's Terrell Hills home
