(lot of 4) Hand-painted and lacquered wood boxes, Olinala, Guerrero, Mexico, early 20th c., each of rectangular shape with beveled edge, waterside landscape scenes on black ground, (one) stamped Anita to lid interior; largest: approx 3.75"h, 8"w, 5"d, 3.5lbs total PLEASE NOTE: All of the Mexican folk art in this auction are inherently fragile. Most frames are likely to have small losses, dents, and imperfections. Retablos are likely to exhibit signs of wear commensurate with age.
