Customized WWII Remington Model 1903A3 Rifle, mfg. September, 1942, bolt action, .30-06 caliber, the 22" barrel marked at top "A4" signifying the barrel was originally made for use on a sniper rifle, a "P" proof test mark at barrel underside near muzzle, mounted Tasco 4X32 scope, serial number at right side of receiver ring, the now jeweled bolt with silver tone handle and "R" at bolt underside, hardwood stock with cheekpiece, Grand-Luxe recoil pad, the wood and metal with some scratches, scope seems good, action is good, bore bright with strong rifling, SN 3211295 *REQUIRES FFL TRANSFER* *Provenance: Estate of Carl Allen Parker (1934-2024), Attorney, U.S. Navy Reserve, Texas House of Representatives 1962-1977, Texas State Senator, 1977-1995.
