(lot of 3) Mackenzie-Childs painted iron birdhouses, 21st c., each with hand-painted Courtly Check checkerboard designs, stripes, and polka dots, maker's plaque at side, including: (2) "Pagoda" birdhouses, approx 24"h, 11"w, 11"d, (1) with black and white chevron pattern, lacking lower drop finial, approx 27"h, 7"w, 7"d, all with some loss to paint and evidence of outdoor use, 7lbs total  PLEASE NOTE: All of the cast stone and outdoor decor in this auction have inherent flaws and evidence of outdoor use. Most are likely to have small chips, hairlines, fading or imperfections. Please assume that they are not in perfect condition and bid accordingly.
