(lot of 8) French WWI-era and WWII-era trench art vases, fashioned from artillery shells, including: (2) having scalloped rim, over repousse foliates and central shield inscribed "Souvenir de Guerre 1914-1918," rising on waisted stem, (2) WWII-era vases, depicting floral bouquet in relief, on dotted ground, (one) inscribed "Aout," (one) inscribed "Onze Novembre," (4) small vases, each with repousse foliates on textured ground, (two) inscribed "Marne," (one) inscribed "Verdun," (one) inscribed "Somme," largest: approx 13.5"h, 3.25"diam, 13.75lbs total
