English brass-bound burlwood writing slope/ travel desk, late 19th c., having hinged lid with inscribed cartouche "R.S.A.," opening to pen and ink receptacles, gilt embossed leather writing surface, opening to storage and three concealing drawers, accompanied by table stand, rising on block supports, travel desk: approx 6 7/8"h, 19.75"w, 10 1/8"d, overall: approx 24"h, 20 1/8"w, 10 3/8"d, 15.5lbs total
