Meissen porcelain figural group, Shepherd and Shepherdess Under Tree, model number 485, after the original design by Johann Joachim Kandler (1706-1775), depicting courting figures seated under tree with lamp and basket of flowers, blue underglaze crossed swords mark, incised 485 and impressed132 underfoot, a UV examination revealing glue restorations and typical small losses to leaves and flower petals, approx 9.75"h, 10.5"w, 7"d, 5.5lbs
