British No 4 Mark Signal Pistol, double action, partially visible markings on the left trigger, left barrel side marked "SM No 4 MK1 star, 1943" over "21629", the top left slide latch housing marked within a circle partially visible "2, Ltd, LS", a similar hard to read mark in circle at left recoil shield, marked at left frame "S.M.", marked at front of barrel hinge, "No 4 Mk I", the 4" barrel, with lugs, opens with lever at upper rear frame,1.5" bore, black plastic checkered grips, lanyard ring, finish rugs and scratches, pitinng, push in safety at upper left frame, action is good, for shipping 7.5" x 8" x 2", 2.90lbs   (56)   *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
