German Hebel Model 1894 Signal Pistol, marked at the left frame "G,M. (believed to be Gebruder Merkel, Suhl), and serial number "3543", right barrel and frame with "eagle, crown over B and 4 in circle", serial number on barrel lug and under barrel cross piece, left butt frame under left grip with SN "3369 crossed out" and correct number "3543", and "M", small "SH" in rectangle on right butt under grip,  the butt next to the lanyard ring marked "EU", part octagonal, part round 9" barrel opens with lever at trigger guard, steel, wood grips, dark spots, scratches, rubs at finish, action good,      for shipping 7.5" x 15" x 1.5", 3.30lbs    (81)   *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas,, 1936-2022)
