German Hebel Model 1894 Signal Pistol, marked at the left frame "Dapag" (believed to be mfg. Deutsche Abel-Postwertzeichen-Automaten GmbH Berlin", and serial number "3749", marked at left barrel flat "Dapag", marked at right frame in a rectangle "St.J.K." (in part, possibly Jakob Kessler, Suhl), and "crown over A", the serial number marked again under barrel lug and under barrel on frame interior, part octagonal, part round 9" barrel opens with lever at trigger guard, steel, wood grips, lanyard ring, for shipping 7" x 14" x 1.5", 3.00lbs (84) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
