U.S. Mark III Signal Pistol, model marked at the barrel top together with "Remington Arms-Union Metallic Cartridge Co Inc, Remington Bridgeport Works, Bridgeport, Connecticut U.S.A.", mfg. 1915-1918, serial number at underside of barrel lug and interior of frame with "E", both grips with stamped matching serial number at underside and "T", butt frame under left grip stamped "H", 9" steel barrel, .7/8" bore, brass frame, wood grips, SN 8384, for shipping 5" x 12.5" x 1.5", 2.25lbs (286) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
