Sedgley Signal Pistol, WWII era, the left barrel marked "R.P. Sedgley, Inc. Phila. Pa. U.S.A." over "37mm", above the left grip "Coston-Sedgley, Parachute Signal Pistol, Pat 1-13-91", underside of barrel lug and breech interior marked "85", steel barrel and breech area approx. 8.25"l, grips, receiver area, trigger guard and trigger are aluminum, grips with diamond form checkering having a central "S", push button at left opens barrel, scratches and wear, action good, SN 1796 on butt next to lanyard ring, for shipping 6" x 14" x 2.5", 4.25lbs (212) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
