U.S. Model 96 signal gun, early 20th c., steel nickel plated 9" barrel, brass frame, wood grips, marked at the left frame "Equip. Dep. Model 96 No. 599. E.A.A.", marked at the right frame "Amer. Ord. Co. 1900", push button at left frame opens barrel, finish with some loss and scratches, action good, serial number matched at barrel and frame, SN 87 (292) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN, (Texas, 1936-2022)
