German Walther Model 26 signal gun, blued steel with checkered wood grips, lanyard ring, 6.1/8" part octagonal, part round barrel, 1" bore, barrel opens with lever at trigger guard, marked at left frame "Waffenfabrik Walther Zella Mehlis (Thur)" over the Walther banner and "N4002", right barrel flat with markings "Crown over B, Crown over U, Crown over S, 4 in circle", right frame marked "Crown over B, Crown over U", bluing with some scratches, action good, serial number matched in two places, SN 16573 (108) *Provenance: Collection of Billy Wayne Dickey, USN. (Texas 1936-2022)
