Estate 18kt yellow gold (tested) brooch, scalloped frame with cobalt blue enamel, small pearls, central Limoges style enamel on metal plaque, portrait of young woman with lute, apparently unmarked, two raised areas at top of setting, approx 2"h, 1.75"w, 11.7 grams (inclusive of all materials) Note: Portrait attributed to Marequita Benito Dorado-Mason (1804-1835), wife of Sidney Mason, First Consul to Puerto Rico Provenance: from a collection assembled by three generations of a Texas family Start Price: $300.00
