Meissen porcelain figural group, The Abduction of Proserpine (by Pluto), after the model designed by J.J. Kandler (Johann Joachim Kandler, German, 1706-1775), incised number 1448, impressed and numbered in gilt paint 48, blue underglaze crossed swords mark with blue dot to right, UV examination revealing restoration to toes on one foot both figures, loss to toes and fingers on Proserpine, loss and glue repair to most leaves, three very small leaf pieces present, but detached, approx 10.25"h, 4.25"w, 3.5"d, 3lbs Start Price: $150.00
